CHEESE PLEASE
Here is a very small selection of the wonderful and much neglected world of Scottish Cheeses. Scotlands lush pastures are perfect for the cheesemaker. We have organic cheeses and yogurts from Loch Arthur. Dunsyre cheese from the pentlands which is made from unpasturised ewes milk and is roughly like a stilton. Aiket is an Ayreshire Brie.
